Sinus issues?  They can make you miserable!  I just received a message from one of my clients today that makes me so happy.

” Hi Tiffany, just wanted to thank you for the Apple Cider Vinegar tip.  I am breathing much better and have greatly reduced the anxiety attacks.  You will never really know how helpful that tip was.”

Yes, I actually do!  This is a tried and true drink in our house.  We always keep this concoction in mason jars in our fridge:

  • 1tsp to 1tbp of raw* Organic Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar (start small and add more once you adjust to the taste)
  • 1tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 packet of organic stevia
  • Filtered water

Shake it up and drink throughout the day!  This will help alkalize your system and eventually relieve you of stuffiness and sinus infections.  Obviously, you may also want to look at dairy and wheat consumption.  This will also produce excess mucus in your body. Give it a try! You might end up really liking my Witches’ Brew!
