Perfect Paleo Meatballs!

PALEO CHICKEN, TURKEY
OR BEEF MEATBALLS
(Makes 3-4 servings) – Adapted from EverydayMaven

1/2 bunch of basil (Organic, if possible)
3 medium cloves garlic
1/2 cup almond meal
2 pastured or Organic eggs
1 pound good quality(pastured or Organic) chicken, turkey, or beef (ground)
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Combine together the coarsely chopped parsley and garlic. Add almond meal,
eggs, and meat to the bowl, and mix well with your hands. Then add salt and
pepper, and mix until thoroughly combined.
Drop tablespoon-sized balls of the mixture into your hands and roll in between your palms. Drop onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake meatballs for 20 to 25 minutes. Have your pot of  your favorite marinara sauce heating on the stove and drop them in to keep them warm! Serve with your spiralized zucchini to make a healthy and delicious meal or fill your crock pot and serve for an easy toothpick grabber for the SUPER BOWL!

*I always make big batches of these to freeze for quick “grab and go” lunches or easy dinners!
