Deliciously Clean Detox Program

Happy Spring!

Hi there! I am Tiffany Wise, Certified Holistic Health Coach  (food coach) specializing in Detoxification and balancing Gut Bacteria.  Spring is finally here and it’s time to peel off some layers and get moving!

It is a confusing time with food these days.  We want to know what is really healthy for us and our loved ones.  Well, I have a Clean Eating Program that will allow you to get to know your body and what is truly “good” for it in 15 short days.  The Detox portion of the program is only 7 days!  Yes, 7 days!  You can do anything for 7 days!  How would you like to know what is keeping you from losing weight? There are 3 phases to the program:

Phase 1: Preparation phase (4 days)

Slowly cutting back on the foods we are going to avoid in Phase 2. This is when you go shopping and make a plan for the 7 days so you are prepared.

Phase 2: The Elimination Phase (7 days)

In this phase, you choose whether to be completely grain-free or gluten free and rock it from there. We also eliminate any possibly allergens such as dairy, soy, eggs, nuts, alcohol and caffeine (with the exception of organic coffee:)

Phase 3: The Transition Phase (4 days)

In this phase, you start adding foods back in slowly and will get a deeper understanding about your specific makeup and what YOUR body needs to feel “Fueled” vs. “Inflamed”.

I know first hand how frustrating it can be to feel bad in your body. I was tired and always bloated and moody. It took me a long time to figure out my food sensitivities, but it doesn’t have to be this way for you. During the elimination phase and post detox phase, you will easily find out which foods are right for you and which ones leave you feeling crappy! This will open a door for you and your body that you have never imagined. This is not a diet. This is a way of life!

Progams
