If any of these questions ring true with you, you are not alone. There is plenty misinformation out there to have you completely frustrated with what to eat. We are constantly subjected to t.v. commercials telling us how to lose weight, lower our cholesterol, avoid heart disease, all by eating their product with 30 ingredients! Really? So how do we get to the truth about what is healthy? Unfortunately, it’s not simple. “One man’s medicine is another man’s poison.” So we have to do the work individually to find the best medicine for our own bodies. The good news is that I can help you do it!

It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to explore their nutrition and overall health with a trained and caring professional. As a Health Coach, I will create a supportive environment that will enable you to solve your particular mystery. I have studied many dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods along with 12 years of clinical Massage experience to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you.

14 Day Detoxification Program

This is what I usually recommend to new clients. It gives you a way to ease into a whole foods program where you will learn new recipes and new tips on how to be your healthiest. It is based on an elimination diet where you will eventually find what is fueling you and what foods and lifestyle choices are causing you inflammation. Have you completed the Detox program and realize that grains and dairy are not for you but it seems overwhelming to take on this task yourself ? Would you like to know how to heal your gut and/ or digestion issues? The Paleo Program will help you get comfortable with real, whole food without being deprived. Six Week Program

This is my follow up Program that will help you keep up the “whole foods and clean living”. The first 2 weeks puts you in fat burning mode and allows you to eat amazing meals that I suggest! The next four weeks include weekly e-books and a plethora of handouts that will keep you supported and set for success. You can do this program broken down into 2-4 or 6 weeks. KITCHEN OVERHAUL ($60 per hour)

What is lurking in those cabinets??? In my Kitchen Overhaul, we will go through your kitchen and decide what foods are jeopardizing your health and your goals. I will then give you several tasty alternatives and ideas to enhance your diet. Organizational handouts are included…

This is something I’ve planned on doing for a long time. A “Wellness Party” or a “Feel Good Party”. You may have heard me talking about wanting to find a kitchen for this reason. As of now, my kitchen does not hold very many people. So I decided to offer it in your kitchen with your friends!
My name is Tiffany Wise. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, a Certified Integrative Nutrition Consultant and a Whole Foods Chef. My specialty is self care and it began 15 years ago as I began my Massage Therapy practice. It has now morphed into a whole body approach to wellness. I’ve continued to educate myself as a Holistic Practitioner and am pretty sure I will be in some sort of class the rest of my life. (God help me!) What does all this mean to you, right? It means that this is my passion and this “Functional Nutrition” is the cutting edge of medicine. Not the medicine in your cabinet, the medicine in your kitchen. This is how each of us holds the power to improve our health and prevent the gnarley diseases of our time. The power lies within us now and to pass this along to our children is of the utmost of importance.

I want to share with you the tidbits that I have learned over the years so that you can feel empowered to make good food choices and take real care of yourself. This is how we can heal. This is what your husband, partner and children will learn from you. Not nagging them about crappy food. But YOU taking care of YOURSELF. It’s time, isn’t it?
Learning to tune into our body and listen to it’s needs is one the most potent tools that we can attain. We all know the many “healthy” foods that are out there these days. But are they healthy for you? This is what I do. I help woman (and some men) find their healthiest self. Now, I am adding in the party factor to meet people where they are and to show that eating healthy and treating yourself well can be a lot of fun and quite addicting!
I have several options here so we can make it work for you and your friends. I would be happy to do lunch, appetizers or a dinner setting. I will prepare some food ahead of time and also do a cooking demo while we talk.
