If you don’t know me personally, I’m Tiffany Wise, proud graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I am a Holistic Health Coach and Licensed Massage Therapist. I’ve been in the Holistic Health field for 14 years and a “Wellness Warrior” for myself, my family, friends and clients.  I am now 42 and feeling fabulous, but it wasn’t always this way for me.
